Hi, we're Sarah and Greg — Berkshires natives, entrepreneurs, and the hearts behind Bloom Meadows.
We both grew up in Williamstown, attended school together, and after years of separate adventures — Sarah working as an interior designer and wedding photographer in Boston, and Greg in real estate and dog training in North Carolina — we found our way back to each other and back to the Berkshires.

After reconnecting, we knew we wanted to build something of our own here. Sarah's experience in the wedding industry made one thing clear: the Berkshires needed a beautiful, intentional event venue. We found our land in October 2015, broke ground shortly after, and celebrated Bloom's first wedding — our own — in September 2016. From there, things took off quickly, and we haven't looked back.

Today, Bloom Meadows sits on 70 stunning acres in Hancock, where we live and raise our two daughters, along with our dogs who consider themselves the true owners of the property :)

Bloom Meadows is very much a family effort. We have poured years of work into shaping every corner of the property, and that care carries through to every event we host. From setup and floor plans to the finishing touches, we work closely with our team to make sure each celebration feels thoughtfully put together and entirely its own.

Our Team
Our team is the heartbeat of Bloom. From our dedicated event coordinators and bar team to our support staff who keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, every person here genuinely cares about making your day extraordinary.

Each couple is paired with one of our coordinator, who becomes your go-to from the moment you book through the last dance of the night. They bring years of experience and hundreds of weddings under their belts — helping shape your vision, offering trusted vendor recommendations, and making sure every detail and every timeline is perfectly in sync. From designing your floor plan and bringing your decor vision to life, to full breakdown and pack-up at the end of the night, we take care of it all.​
Community Support
Bloom Meadows is proud to be an active part of the Hancock community . Each year we host the Father Daughter Dance Fundraiser supporting the Hancock Volunteer Fire Department — a growing tradition and one of our favorite nights of the year. We are also proud sponsors of the
North Adams Youth Basketball league, and Images Cinema, two staples of our local community that we are always happy to support.
Perhaps our most personal community effort is Jericho Valley Co-Operative, a nonprofit homeschool education program we founded and operate right here on the Bloom Meadows property. Born out of our own search for a meaningful educational path for our daughters, Jericho Valley is supporting homeschooling families across the Berkshires — and one of the things we are most proud of.
