The Venue
Every Bloom Meadows wedding includes a dedicated coordinator who will guide you through every step of the planning process — and be there on your day to make sure every detail is taken care of. We host weddings Fridays through Sundays, year-round, with packages starting at $7,000 for winter season and up to $18,500 for a full-weekend during our peak-season.
What's included in every package:

Up to 170 guests (May–October) or 150 guests (November–April)

Wood tables, cross-back chairs, and wood benches for your ceremony

Ceremony on the lawn or in the Chapel, cocktail hour on the stone patio, and reception in the barn

Access to the riverfront, trails, meadow, and fire pit

Property access begins at 8am on Saturdays and 10am on Fridays and Sundays — all events conclude by 10pm

Rehearsal and wedding décor drop-off coordinated during your event week

Optional use of the property for engagement photos

The Bar
Bar service at Bloom Meadows is exclusively provided in-house, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from the first toast to the last call. We offer three curated tier levels starting at $30 per person, with four service styles to choose from — hosted (open) bar, cash bar, consumption, or a popular combination of an open cocktail hour followed by a cash reception. Our bar menu features a thoughtfully selected range of beers, wines, hard seltzers, and spirits. Add a personal touch with a custom signature cocktail, a welcome champagne toast, or tableside wine service throughout dinner.

A minimum expenditure of $1,500 is required for all bar packages

All bartending staff are TIPS certified

Massachusetts sales tax of 7% applies to all bar packages

A tip jar will be available by default; should you prefer it removed, a 20% gratuity will be reflected in your final invoice

Basic clear cups are included with all packages. For a more refined look, we offer an upgraded disposable barware package at an additional fee, or we're happy to assist you in coordinating traditional glassware rentals.

Consumption, cash, and combo bar pricing is based on individual drink prices; you will select your tier and preferred offerings, with charges applied per drink served
