Along the way, we help with vendor recommendations, design ideas, rental orders, and floor plan layouts. The week of your wedding, we coordinate a rehearsal walkthrough and begin transforming your decor into the vision you've been dreaming of.
On your wedding day, our team is here for every moment — from golf carting guests down to the ceremony to whisking you and your photographer around the property to capture every beautiful corner of the grounds. No request is too small, and no detail goes unnoticed.
Behind the scenes, we stay in close communication with your vendors to confirm timelines and keep everything running smoothly. Every detail of your day is thoughtfully considered — woven together with your personality and your love story to create a celebration that feels entirely and authentically you.
Every Detail, Set With Care
At Bloom Meadows, the details are our job — so you can simply show up and enjoy every moment. We handle everything from start to finish. Your ceremony seating is set with wooden benches for guests and cross-back chairs reserved in the front row for family. Cocktail hour flows naturally into an evening of mingling and yard games, before guests are welcomed into the reception barn — elegantly appointed with custom wood tables and white cross-back chairs seating up to 10 per rectangular table and 8 per square.
When it comes to decor, we make it easy. Choose from our curated in-house collection and let us handle every piece — no hauling, no checklists, nothing forgotten. Prefer to bring your own? Absolutely. Want a little of both? We love that too. However you envision it, we're here to bring it to life.
On your wedding day, we're one step ahead. Candles are lit, chairs are perfectly placed, desserts are arranged, and the moment your ceremony ends, your signature drink and a few bites are waiting just for you. Every corner of the space is exactly as you dreamed it.
